We started AccGuru Academy because we kept seeing the same story play out. Talented accounting graduates, trained hard, degree in hand, ready to work, yet stuck. Not because they lacked ability, but because what they had learned in the classroom did not quite match what employers on the global stage actually needed.
At the same time, we were sitting inside real offshore delivery teams, watching international companies struggle to find people who could hit the ground running with practical, job ready skills. That gap became impossible to ignore. The opportunities were there, thousands of them, across global markets, in bookkeeping, taxation, and financial reporting, but the bridge between local education and international employability simply did not exist.
So we built it. AccGuru Academy takes what we’ve learned from real client work and real global teams, and turns it into training that closes that gap, so the next accounting professional doesn’t have to choose between where they studied and where they can work.
